I had 25+ years in the Real Estate Broker capacity centered in the Yakima Valley Orchard/Wine country of WA State but have worked on projects from Spokane to Port Townsend ,and the entire Pacific NW. Most recently I have personally joined 5 concurrent Major MLS associations to help clients across Wa State to sell or buy. I now provide a FSBO, Flat Fee 4 U, Limited Service package using an Exclusive Agency contract allowing the SELLER to also sell their own property with our help.

My initial professional Career was as a WSU Grad Wildlife Biologist/Forester/Range Land Manager in Wa and Oregon for 7 years with the US Forest Service then as Land Manager/acting Post Engineer for the Fort Lewis Army 260,000 acre Military Training Center in Yakima/Selah/Ellensburg/Area. I have also been an International Agronomic/ Ag Consultant  for Eqypt, So Korea, China, and several Yugoslovian Countries as well as PacificNWest Water Rights Specialist, oil/gas Leasing Agent, and Contactor/Subdivision Developer.

My specialty is as BUYERS Broker and helped start that concept 20 years ago. Now, as a 70 Yr old Senior, my emphasis is to share my knowledge and services to help those in realty transition as life changes dictate with or without planned events. I am a Brain Stem tumor /cancer survivor returning from the living paralyzed state to learn how to walk and write again against all odds. My efforts to rejoin the Realty Service profession has logically followed the online realty vision I had lying paralyzed in Virgina Mason Hospital 10 years ago
